Family Courts need to start being held accountable. They have way too much discretion and should be forced to follow the child support laws that relate to Contempt.

#Childsupport I guess this is on the list again today for the state and federal offices.
Only idiots would want to hold kids accountable for lunch debts by missing out on field trips and prom! However, in the Child Support Enforcement system they don’t hold ncp accountable for non payment. WTH is really going on? Facts review the numbers .

Deportation for the ncp not showing up for court is because many custodial parents are trying to manage many expenses. Schools are even penalizing kids for unpaid lunch providing them jelly and butter sandwiches Why should America be lenient on ncp for what?
