Q: Where can we find the rules for obligations or expectations on truthfulness for Oregon attorneys?
Attny repeatedly lies. This time, in a proposed stipulation agreement on items already brought to judge's attention in hearing.
Case is currently in "held" status. Hearing recording, past case records were requested to prevent attorney's attempt to force signatures before corrections.
Witness at prior hearing saw same attny use cell phone camera while in the courtroom...
