Starting a small private trading group called Tax Evasion Calls. I’ve been in a lot of trading groups over the years. One thing I’ve noticed: when there’s zero commitment, a lot of people don’t take it seriously. They don’t study the setups. They don’t ask questions. They don’t participate. They don’t lock in. I want the opposite. 1 SOL to join. And I want to make something very clear: This isn’t about me needing your money. I’m not taking some huge founder cut while everyone else takes the risk. I get the same cut from the trading wallet that everyone else gets. Part of your SOL goes toward the group trading wallet. And roughly $50 is set aside for you during your first month under the group rules — so if you decide this isn’t for you / the performance conditions aren’t met, that money isn’t just disappearing into my pocket. I want the 1 SOL commitment because I want people who are actually going to LOCK IN. Every week: • I drop 3 setups + my thesis • Entries, targets & invalidation • We break them down together • The group votes • We trade the winner • Realized profits from the group wallet are distributed back to the group I’m participating right alongside you. I don’t need your money. I want your attention. Your ideas. Your participation. Your conviction. Ask questions. Challenge my thesis. Bring your own plays. Vote. Learn. Get better. No deleting losers. No fake screenshots. Everything tracked. I’d rather build this with 25 people who are obsessed with getting better than 500 people who never participate. DM ā€œLEDGERā€ if that sounds like you.

KOLs & devs who have spent years scamming and manipulating memecoin markets might want to understand what the consequences can actually look like. We're not talking about getting your X account suspended. We're talking about: • Federal fraud charges • Market-manipulation charges • Millions in crypto seized/forfeited • Disgorgement of profits • Civil penalties & fines • Restitution to victims • Trading/industry bans • Back taxes + penalties + interest • Subpoenas for CEX/KYC records • Wallets and transactions traced on-chain • Arrest/extradition from another country • And in serious criminal cases — prison And some of this has ALREADY happened. Gotbit admitted to manipulating crypto markets through wash trading. Its founder was sentenced to prison and the company was ordered to forfeit roughly $23 MILLION in crypto and cease operating. Another market maker, CLS Global, pleaded guilty over crypto wash trading, paid/seized over $428K and was prohibited from participating in U.S. crypto markets during its probation. Federal prosecutors have continued charging executives accused of artificially inflating token volume/prices and then selling into unsuspecting investors. A memecoin not being a security does NOT make fraud legal. READ THIS!!!!!! If your entire business model depends on nobody ever connecting those receipts to you, you might want to find some counsol and get your ducks in a row before the hammer starts pounding.

Another unpopular crypto opinion: If you want trillions of dollars of normie + institutional money to come onchain… You’re going to have to accept that the Wild West era is ending. That means: KOLs disclosing paid promotions. Devs disclosing insider allocations. Teams not hiding supply across 50 wallets. Market makers not wash trading volume. Influencers not pumping a coin, moving the bag to another wallet, then dumping into followers. And investors actually reporting their gains. Crypto natives might hate that. But Fidelity, BlackRock, pensions, RIAs and everyday investors are not going to pour serious money into markets where insiders can operate with zero accountability. Regulation isn’t automatically bearish. In some areas, enforcement might be the most bullish thing that ever happens to crypto. Because once people trust the market… The money follows. Yes I understand how some of yall hate regulations, but the US will not become the crypto capital without it….

Crypto users are NOT ready for what the new tax reporting system looks like. Starting with the new 1099-DA regime, exchanges are reporting your crypto sales directly to the IRS. And here's where it gets ugly: If your exchange doesn't have a valid TIN/SSN for you, backup withholding can be 24% of the GROSS SALE PROCEEDS. Not 24% of your profit. The SALE. Sell $100,000 of crypto? Potentially $24,000 withheld, thats even if you only made a $5,000 gain. Then there's the separate COST BASIS problem. Move crypto: CEX → Wallet → DeFi → Wallet → CEX and the receiving exchange may not have the basis information necessary to report what you originally paid. So the IRS could receive: $100,000 proceeds Basis: NOT REPORTED That doesn't automatically mean another percentage gets withheld, but now YOU have to prove the basis on your tax return. Crypto spent years building instant asset portability. Tax data never caught up. 2027 is going to expose that bottleneck in a massive way. If you are a very active traders, it wouldn't be a bad idea to track your basis at the end of each day.....

KOLs aren't the only people who should be paying attention. Crypto DEVS have receipts too. If regulators/law enforcement start looking at a project, they're going to want to know: • Who actually controlled the deployer? • Who controlled the team/insider wallets? • How much supply did the team secretly own? • Were allocations disclosed? • Did the team use fresh wallets to hide ownership? • Did insiders buy before announcements? • Did the team coordinate pumps with KOLs? • Were KOLs secretly paid in tokens? • Was volume/liquidity artificially manipulated? • Were bots/wallets used to create fake activity? • Did the team make false claims about partnerships, utility or development? • Was liquidity intentionally pulled after people were induced to buy? • Did the team dump while publicly telling holders to keep buying? • Where did the launch proceeds go? • Were team payments, token allocations and gains actually reported to the IRS? And one people forget: If you're not just writing code—but actually controlling a business that accepts/transmits crypto for other people—you can potentially run into AML, KYC and money-transmitter requirements too. Writing smart contracts isn't automatically illegal. Building a memecoin isn't automatically illegal. Selling your tokens isn't automatically illegal. But deception, manipulation, misappropriation, hidden compensation, tax evasion and certain unlicensed financial activity can be an entirely different story. CFTC. FinCEN. IRS. DOJ. And depending on how the asset was offered, potentially the SEC. You can create 100 wallets. You can't create 100 different blockchains to hide the receipts. Devs might want to start asking their attorney what those wallets look like from the other side of a subpoena.

Crypto KOLs need to understand something: The blockchain is a permanent receipt. If regulators start digging, here’s what they’ll be looking for: • Did you buy BEFORE calling the coin? • Did you coordinate the call with the team? • Were you paid or given tokens to promote it? • Did you disclose that compensation? • Did you make false claims to get people to buy? • Did you dump into your followers after the call? • Did you send tokens to fresh wallets to hide your sells? • Did multiple KOLs coordinate buys/calls/sells? • Did you report the tokens you were paid as income? • Did you report the gains when you sold? • Did you intentionally leave wallets or income off your tax return? A memecoin not being a security does NOT mean everything surrounding it is legal. CFTC → fraud & market manipulation SEC → securities-related conduct when applicable IRS → unreported income, gains & false returns DOJ → potentially criminal conduct And punishment isn't just a slap on the wrist. Civil penalties. Disgorgement. Back taxes. Interest. Tax penalties. Forfeiture. And in serious/willful cases, criminal prosecution and prison. Sending your bag to Wallet #2 before dumping doesn't make Wallet #1 disappear. The blockchain remembers. If you've spent years doing this, your next call might need to be to an attorney instead of another memecoin. GOOD LUCK Anons

If we mate this @QwQiao view with the tweet by @totheagi about @stillcorecap (and purpose of @bittensor ), the recent convo with @Delphi_Digital Hivemind on frontier model predicament and @brian_armstrong ā€˜s @ResearchHub $RSC thesis we can begin to see, perhaps, the value of a subnets like @NiomeAI SN55 and @metanova_labs SN68. Intelligence must be commoditized and advances in human health should be incentivized (and profited from) out in the open and then submitted to open-market competitive forces. cc @ceterispar1bus @3xliquidated @YanLiberman @Kevin_Kelly_II @ZeMariaMacedo @JensenHuang of @nvidia grabbing an Open Source enviro is certainly indicative of the Hardware + OpenSource conduit potential. cc @markjeffrey @const_reborn @Old_Samster @kariasamaroo @GSchvey @BarrySilbert
a truth hidden in plain sight: every big tech and frontier lab is going to become a bio company - google: demis' alphafold & isomorphic - meta & microsft: esm & bioemu protein models - nvidia: bionemo software stack for biochemical models, joint lab with eli lilly - openai & anthropic: both making the rounds about breaking into bio, strong bio reasoning models, wet lab - elon's empire: likely crossover between neuralink and xai (eg controlling ai with ur mind) - apple & amazon: not as frontier, but consumer health devices, onemedical acquisition, pharmacy mastering the most complex machine created by nature/god (the human body) is the ultimate test of superintelligence

PUMPFUN IS REWARDING SCAMMERS! ...is what I would say if it were true Given the amount of takes surrounding a completely manipulated Callout Rewards table over the past day, I thought it's best if we give you data straight from the source. Below is a table which ranks the biggest earners alongside the exact same filters used in the table from that post - with one VERY important caveat: We INTENTIONALLY removed any callouts over 500m for illustrative purposes, which completely skews the average MC of all these users' last 100 callouts to the downside (sorry) Additionally, for the sake of the KOLs that I am exposing, I added a column for their average callout, since the previous author intentionally used median to hurt the optics of their callouts. I expect there to be some cherrypicking with some of the people on this list, but the fact remains: for as many 'bad traders' we reward, there are countless GREAT traders who deserve every penny they receive in rewards Building the most lucrative creator payouts program was never going to be an easy feat, and one of our main objectives continues to be rewarding ethical traders who are safe for users on our app, but we will get there eventually. If you are a good trader, you're entitled to a huge share of these rewards. Join Pumpfun now to be automatically enrolled in Callout Rewards.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The table of top earners includes 0xEthan despite onchain evidence of linked side wallets buying before his public callouts and selling shortly after. x.com/bubblemaps/sta… x.com/bandosei/statu…

the top 25 pumpfun deployers: > launched 770k tokens > extracted $128M from the trenches > produced only 6 tokens with a 20M+ MC that's $128M extracted just by 25 devs
