Thank you @VisitDundreggan for hosting Coille Coimhearsnachd na Comraich | Applecross Community Woodland! We explored Gaelic-led approaches to interpretation with presentations from Anna Macquarrie & Roddy Maclean. Very inspired to bring ideas back to Applecross

Squalls rushing their patterns over Lochan an t- Sagairt (Lochs of the Priest) in Applecross earlier today. The first time I’ve walked the footpath since completing my practice-based PhD on this landscape.. Meeting it anew. Letting go.
I am utterly thrilled to have passed my viva with no corrections! Thank you to the examiners @samlwalton & @RiaDunkley & chair @colinjherd for making it so enjoyable and to my incredible supervisory team @BorthwickDave @ekreeder & @JAFMacDonald
Highlights of @KendalBookFest for me were @ejbpoetry @afroliage @NoreenMasud @pollyrowena and Beatrice Searle. Mosses, flatlands & stone; trauma & chronic illness: nature writing is shape-shifting & opening.
