Video editing will soon be so easy that anyone can just speak to an AI and oversee it do all the work. And it will be infinitely patient and give you endless ideas and iterations.
Did anyone see a well optimized claude x after effects workflow yet?
All the claude motion, hyperframes / remotion, javascript or full-on gen AI workflows for motion design lack either control or functionality for me.
My ae mcp experimentation was quite underwhelming sofar..
Started to incorporate @higgsfield into my workflow and it's amazing to see how far generative video ai has come.
I still have mixed feelings about the overall impact on creative jobs but being able to generate additional broll and other assets for storytelling purposes is great.

Volvo posted a 3 min and 46 second ad on Instagram, shot by Hoyte Van Hoytema, the cinematographer of Interstellar and Oppenheimer.
It goes against every single rule you can think about as a social lead. Length. Format. Over-produced.
Every comment under the ad said it immediately put Volvo in their consideration set. It's fucking fantastic.
Thank you, Marc, and thanks everyone for the positive feedback!
Had a lot of fun working on this little intro, and I enjoyed watching through some of the other entries in the comments. Great job, everyone!
The video editing contest is over...
