The joke format, "my pronouns are, ***insert something that is not a pronoun*** " is 1) hateful 2) pathetically unoriginal.
Does this feel true in your context? Is it consistently true across all admin in your building? Even one admin who doesn’t view their role in this way has a significant impact on the place of teacher/parent/student voice in a school. a.co/dIrf2OY
I've been thinking that maybe agency is one piece of evidence that inquiry is happening in classrooms. Identifying evidence that agency is present is more nebulous. What makes you say that agency is happening in your classroom?

Adding our individual thoughts to group displays makes our thinking public and gives others a chance to interact with them.
Classroom displays remind students of the important ideas throughout the day and provide vocabulary support (visual cues and verbal definitions).
We are working to understand the articles of the universal declaration of human rights. We are working in language groups so that we have as many assets as possible to help us to understand these challenging ideas.
Reading units are often around genres or authors. I love planning reading units around concepts. Reading about refugees helps us understand equity and perspective in order to learn empathy.
