. @CantonNetwork is sitting in the top 30 and almost nobody is building on it. But daddy doesn't miss, so I started digging through CC and found @ekidenfi. Ekiden is the first CLOB-based perps exchange on Canton. Canton only shows transactions to the parties involved, so your positions and account activity stay out of public view. Why that matters?? On most perp DEXs everyone can see your position, your size and your liquidation level. Professional traders and market makers don't want that. Privacy by default is the one thing Canton has that an EVM chain can't easily copy. The Numbers- Mainnet went live two weeks ago, invite only, aimed at active traders: $3.3M+ volume $329K TVL $115K open interest I'll be honest, those are tiny. Nobody should pretend otherwise. But tiny cuts both ways. A few dozen traders means your volume today counts for more than it ever will again. What I care about is what's behind the numbers: REST and WebSocket APIs for market makers, up to 20x on BTC, ETH, HYPE and CC, and account abstraction that separates your network identity from your trading activity. The Backers- GSR, Flowdesk, Pyth, G-20 Group and Curiosity VC, plus angels from LayerZero, Aptos, EigenLayer and Chorus One. Market makers backing a venue built for market makers is the part I keep coming back to. I've got a limited number of invites. My link gives you a 20% multiplier on mainnet: app.ekiden.fi/r/E0CD4FF3B880… Everyone's arguing about Canton the chain. I'm more interested in what gets built on it. Check out ekiden.fi if you want to see for yourself.

The Bond Market Is Screaming Let's start with the scary numbers, because you've seen them all over your timeline this week. The US 10-year is at its highest since 2002. Japan is at 1996 levels. Germany is at its highest since 2009. UK 30-years touched 6%. Oil is above $100. If you learned finance from a textbook, this is where you sell everything and hide in cash. Rates go up, risk assets go down. Simple. Except markets don't run on textbooks. They run on liquidity, and liquidity is a political decision. So ask the only question that matters: what does the guy in charge need right now? Trump has midterms in November. The Iran war hasn't gone the way anyone promised. You can't fix a war in five weeks but you can absolutely juice a stock market in five weeks. Which one do you think he picks? He's already picking. Bessent expanded the Treasury's bond purchases to fight the selloff, it didn't work, yields kept going up, but that tells you something. When the Treasury starts buying its own bonds, the government has told you which way it wants the market to go. They will keep trying, and then they'll try harder. Lean on the Fed. Talk oil down. Leak a ceasefire headline. Whatever works. I don't think of this as a conspiracy. It's an incentive. Politicians who want to keep their jobs need voters who feel rich. Pretty much every government on Earth behaves this way when an election is close. Expecting otherwise is the naive position. Now look at Bitcoin, because Bitcoin is the honest asset here, it has no earnings to fake and no CEO to spin. It's just pure liquidity expectations. If 5%+ yields were going to kill crypto, this month was the time. Instead, whales added 113,950 BTC on the dip. Spot ETFs pulled in $2.39 billion last week, green every single day. The September drops were leverage getting liquidated, not people giving up. Tourists sold. The people with real money bought. Even some bond people are blinking. RBC BlueBay's CIO thinks the global bond selloff has gone too far. When bond managers start saying that, yields usually don't have much further to run. So here's my view- The bottom is in. Yields at 24-year highs are what maximum fear looks like, and maximum fear is when you buy. From here to November, the incentives all point one direction. ---------- What could go wrong: Inflation might not cooperate, and the Fed can hike even if the White House screams. The war could escalate, and $130 oil beats any amount of jawboning. And "the bottom is in" is the most famous last words in crypto, so I'm holding this view loosely. But if you ask me where the money is pointed until the midterms? Up. [ Not financial advice. Just how I'm reading the board. ]

I was worried experimentation in tokenomics was dead but I was wrong! Crypto is back trying something new after a full past cycle focused on low-float, high-fdv launches. Up to now we got: - $ZCAT: Hold a meme, receive ZEC. A 3% transfer tax funds the rewards, so you accumulate another asset while waiting for your meme to moon. - $BUN / Mosh: Instead of bots front running launches, the 'bundle launch' commits money for agents that trade it. BIG DIFFERENCE is that bundle backers earn trading fees but you can't withdraw LP. Interesting incentive to keep a market alive, although agents can still sell the tokens. - $STONK: Fees buys and burns its top 15 eligible tokens, weighted by market cap. So now projects compete for buybacks generated across the ecosystem. - $VVV / DIEM: Lock staked VVV to mint DIEM. Stake DIEM for daily AI credits, or sell it. You can sell the AI access while keeping your VVV locked. - $ORBIO: Trading fees fund AI credits for stakers. You can use them or sell them. Degens trading your token help pay for someone else's AI usage. - $BP: Stake for 1+ year to qualify for equity conversion at a future IPO. Plus, supply unlocks depend on growth milestones. The team needs to deliver for more tokens to unlock. --- Common theme among them: tokens aren't just fundraising tools but crypto tries to add REAL VALUE to tokens. Just a roadmap isn't gonna cut it anymore. Another common point: many still depend on degens continuing to trade. Speculation rules everything in crypto. still.

october is a pivotal month because it is usually either A) early cycle, or B) late cycle and so, every year, during kbw & token2049, when key decision makers are away from their desks, the same PA happens. if we are late cycle, nov / dec are certainly gonna end lower. but if we're early in the cycle, this may be the last dip to buy which way, modern man?

Accumulating $NET here, Daddy sees dbl bottoms forming on the daily chart. thesis: xitter.cf/StarPlatinum_/status/2…
I’ve been accumulating $NET for a while now in this dip And the more I understand how NetNet works the more I think this could be a very interesting mid/long-term Robinhood play (My trade, my thesis, Don’t copy me) My thesis is pretty simple: - NetNet Treasury is now above $17M TVL - $NET is the liquid asset, $sNET is the staked version - 89.5% of the entire $NET supply is currently staked - the treasury holds USDG and deploys part of it into Morpho - the protocol can buy and burn $NET below NAV - above 2x NAV, it can gradually sell newly issued $NET back into the market - NetNet is also using its treasury to accumulate tokenized stocks This last part is probably the biggest reason I keep accumulating. I think tokenized stocks will become one of the biggest narratives on Robinhood Chain, and NetNet is basically trying to build an onchain balance sheet around them. There are risks, I know, especially with $NET currently trading at a massive premium to NAV But if Robinhood Chain keeps growing and the NetNet treasury keeps compounding alongside it I think $NET could be one of those positions that becomes much more interesting with time. That’s why I’m accumulating.

Some are sidelined. Some have already hit their bull run goals. But who are those “some” to you? Don’t let someone else’s wins or losses dictate your own game. There are still plenty of opportunities out there. You don’t need to catch them all. You just need to hit 1 or 2 big ones. This is only the beginning of bigger things. Stay focused. Make your plan. And fucking execute. 🫡

Pons has two launchpads running at once but only one of them buys the token. V1 takes a cut of every trade and spends about 80% of it buying ethereum:0x07f5b6823751c2e2cd4560f28af75ff887102241 off the market and burning it.

Watch it shrink: ~9% of fees since launch -> 4.3% last week -> 1.8% yesterday. Same platform bigger every week, buying less of its own token every week.

Not bashing cause i missed the trade, i ate well, did 3-4x on PONS with size. and ggs to everyone who caught this. But I am not sitting on a full bag after a ~500% pump in 7days. Profits booked & moonbag left on the table. Be Smart!

i was too convinced that btc will go to 50k that i was only able to allocate ~30% of my pf bw 57k-64k. There were signs that its not gonna happen, but i ignored them. The signs: - almost everyone i talked to was waiting for 50k (the biggest sign, that market will not do what everyone is expecting it to do.) - Regulations in favor of crypto - Trump desperately wants to mainstream stablecoins and bring the entire stock market onchain to be tradeable 24/7, which will help in mainstreaming USD for the new financial world so that Dollar can maintain its supremcay. - Trump mentioning Hyperliquid. - few more, but the point is that signs were there. and i was convinced that my thesis will play out. the sign of a good trader is to analyse the current affairs, & market sentiment and if data points that the thesis you have will not play out, then you change your bias according to data and create a new thesis supported by the data + sentiment. thats a good trader. so much more to learn!

Day 3: @Berachain Raised $142,000,000. $42M Series A. $100M Series B. @polychain led Berachain’s $42M Series A in April 2023, with Hack VC, Shima Capital, Robot Ventures and others joining the round. A year later, Framework Ventures and Brevan Howard Digital co-led a $100M Series B at a ~$1.5B valuation. Then $BERA launched. Today, the token trades around $0.16, with a market cap of roughly $50M. Now the part nobody reads: 1. Berachain raised $142M. Today, its entire token market cap is only around $50M. The market is valuing the token at less than half of the capital that went into building the network. 2. The chain has roughly $27M TVL. Sounds impressive until you look at what that capital is actually generating. Berachain is doing only around ~$2,597/day, or ~$948K a year in total fees. At that run rate, it would take ~150 years to generate the $142M raised. 3. And the dilution isn't finished. BERA's vesting schedule runs until February 2028, with a substantial amount of supply still to unlock. So you're looking at: - $142M raised - $27M TVL - $50M market cap - $876K annualized fees and more supply still coming. Great team. Great investors. Innovative model but no PMF to generate revenue.
Day 2: @monad Raised $513,000,000 One of the biggest raise on my list. @paradigm led the $225M round, then retail got invited: a $269M public sale on Coinbase at $0.025. It launched at $0.025, peaked at $0.047 and 19 days after launch it fell through the sale price. Today: $0.020 (still below the sale price.) Now the part nobody reads: 1. Next unlock: 16.5% of supply in one shot, ~$334M at today's price. More than the entire market cap. 2. Chain fees: $3,634/day. That's ~$1.33M a year. 387 years to earn back the raise! → $890M TVL parked on-chain, and still no usage. Built by serious engineers, Backed by the smartest money in crypto. Same economics as every graveyard on my list. Tomorrow: another one.

New series: every chain that raised hundreds of millions and became a graveyard. One chain a day, until the point is impossible to miss: we don't need more chains. "The infra is built. It's proven. What's missing is integrating it into real products so seamlessly that transacting on a blockchain feels like PayPal, or a UPI payment in India." That's the work. ______ Day 1: @Aptos , Raised $350M. Look at the chart. That red arrow is retail's money. −97%, from $20 to $0.55. What @a16zcrypto , @jump_ , FTX and @yzilabs bought for $350M: allocations at private prices, unlocked monthly, sold to you. What Aptos earns: $2,605/day in chain fees, ~$950K a year. At that rate it needs 368 years to earn back its raise. TVL: $58M against a $680M FDV. And 29% of supply is still scheduled to unlock onto whoever's left holding. Raise nine figures, let insiders exit, CEO resigns when it gets tough and call the survivors a community. Tomorrow: another one.

Hey @OndoPerps, @HyperliquidX, @arcus_xyz, it’s time to level up the DEX game and bring more spot pairs onchain. @HyperliquidX already has a solid selection of spot markets, but it’s been a while since we’ve seen meaningful expansion on the spot side. The real unlock, though, would be tokenized stocks trading natively on spot. Uniswap is already moving in this direction but still is not very user centic. Now imagine combining tokenized equities with a real orderbook style trading experience on a DEX. That could fundamentally change how people trade stocks and crypto and could put Cex's in fear. The first DEX to nail deep liquidity + tokenized stocks + a proper orderbook experience could own this market. Whoever gets there first will lead it.
