NYC: Uber drivers strike at midnight tonight, and it goes for 24 hours. Don’t try to cross that picket line.
New York City app drivers will go on a 24 hour strike tomorrow. They're asking for New Yorkers to turn off the Uber app for that period, and holding a protest outside Uber's corporate HQ at noon. (2/3)

It hasn’t even been a week since the election. The headlines giving abortion credit for saving the election aren’t even old yet and they’re already dumping us.
I caught hell for writing this @TIME article pointing out that Democrats waiting on the election, instead of abolishing the filibuster to restore abortion, wouldn’t actually save abortion. And here we are.
They can still do it in a lame duck session but they’re choosing not to.
