About consistency: RESET Mistakes are inevitable. Staying stuck in the mistake is optional. The best performers develop a reliable reset: Notice → Accept → Refocus → Act. The speed of the reset matters more than the absence of mistakes.

About consistency- PRESSURE Pressure does not necessarily need to be reduced. It needs to be understood and managed. The objective is not to eliminate nerves or nervousness. It is to develop the ability to perform while experiencing them.

About consistency - ATTENTION Performance follows attention. Where your attention goes, your behaviour tends to follow. The skill isn’t keeping your attention perfectly focused. It’s recognising when it has wandered—and bringing it back quickly.

The process: The more you focus on the outcome, the more uncertain your performance becomes. Elite performers repeatedly return their attention to: What do I need to do now? Control the controllables. Execute the next action.

Achieved the “almost impossible”. In her first J200 tournament 13-year-old Emilia Hemmingsen made it all the way to the final where she lost to the 4-year-older Jahnie Van Zyl. The result makes Emilia advance 150 places on the ranking- making her the highest ranked 13-year-old in the world. All due to talent, hard work and a holistic approach to performance. Far south … preparing for quarters

Five Majors across @AstralisCS, @TeamVitalityCS and @TeamFalconsGG, followed by two back-to-back EWC Club Championships. When I first entered esports, I believed that the principles and structures used in elite military and Olympic performance could transform professional teams. Across three very different organizations, I built performance structures, implemented standards and created environments capable of winning the biggest titles. That work is what I am most proud of. “Trust the Process” has always been more than a statement to me. It represents the patience to build the right foundation, the courage to maintain high standards and the discipline to execute consistently when the pressure is at its highest. The titles were not coincidences. They were the result of a deliberate methodology, applied repeatedly at the highest level. Today, my relationship with Team Falcons officially comes to an end. I will continue working with Olympic athletes, but my ambitions within esports remain. I know the impact I can have, I know my methodology works, and I am ready to build the next title-winning performance environment. Trust the Process.

After over 2 years and many titles, including back-to-back EWC Club Championship with @FalconsEsport, beginning of this year we came to an agreement to redefine my role within the organisation, moving towards consultancy and advisory. ROBL Performance and I are therefor now serving as a non-exclusive consultant to the management, having stepped back from active involvement with teams and players since ultimo 2025. Over the past several months, we have engaged in constructive discussions about the next steps in developing the performance structure across the Team Falcons organization. Through these conversations, it became clear that a shift in strategy would benefit both parties and yet maintain the strong relationships - and friendship - that have been built. I would like to extend my sincere thanks and gratitude to @Msdossary7 and @MuhAlmutairi for giving myself and ROBL Performance the opportunity to demonstrate our methodology, not only within a single team, but across a highly ambitious, multi-team organization such as Team Falcons. I will continue to support Team Falcons over the next couple of months, while carefully evaluating ROBL Performances next steps moving forward.
