@madennCS 🎙️
Excited to announce that I'm joining @BIGCLANgg Academy as in-game leader
The last period of my career hasn't gone the way I wanted, so I've decided to take a new path. Leading a team is something I've wanted to do for a long time, and I can't think of a better place to start than BIG. I'm looking forward to reinvent myself in the server and building something from the ground up with a young, hungry roster and helping the next generation of talent grow.
A big thank you to BIG for believing in me and giving me this opportunity.

I am really happy to welcome Maden to BIG. Bringing in someone with his experience is a big step forward.
For Maden, this is a clear choice about where he wants to go in his career. He has the quality and the opportunities to keep playing at Tier 1 in another role, but he wants to become an IGL. He has chosen our academy to help young players improve, build a team and show what he can do as a captain.
We believe he has what it takes. He brings years of experience at the highest level and the personal qualities you need to lead a team. In our conversations, you could really feel how much he wants this challenge.
It is a great opportunity for both sides. Our boys can learn from him every day, and he gets our trust and support to grow into this role and show his potential. I am looking forward to working with him and seeing what we can build together.
Welcome to BIG, Pavle!
still looking for a team, hungry to start some project this season! 💪
I’m now officially a FREE AGENT and open to new opportunities.
Over the past years, I’ve had the privilege of competing at the highest level of Counter-Strike, gaining valuable experience across international teams, big tournaments, and high-pressure environments. I’m proud of what I’ve achieved, but I’m even more motivated for what comes next.
I’m looking for a project with clear ambition, strong structure, and the drive to win. I bring experience, professionalism, and a deep commitment to improving every day and contributing to a team environment.
If you’re building something serious and believe I can be a part of it, feel free to reach out.

It was a short and valuable time together, but we see the game differently and sadly we couldn't make things click. I’ll continue the grind to keep my form in a good shape and will work hard to return to the server soon. Thank you for the time we spent together Fnatic.

I’m beyond thrilled to return to CS at the top level with such an amazing group of players and and coaching staff around me. We’re already doing a ton of damage in the server and I can’t wait to show you all what we’ve been cooking on.
Thank you very much Fnatic!💪💪
As we approach the 2026 season and a new Major cycle, we’re announcing a change to our Counter-Strike team.
Today we part way with @blameFFFFF who is transferring to another organization, and we want to sincerely thank Benjamin for his professionalism, impact, and contribution during his time in Black & Orange.
As part of the system we’re building for the future, we identified the need to shift towards a more proactive entry-focused and aggressive rifler approach.
To support that direction, we’re excited to welcome @madennCS - an experienced space taker, as we set our sights on the upcoming Majors and tier-one competition.
Welcome to Fnatic, Pavle!
