We have identified the Special Forces Unit of the 🇷🇺 41st Combined Arms Army (41st CAA). The 72nd Special Forces Battalion, MUN 75231, was formed at the beginning of 2024 and is fighting around Hrodivka in the Pokrovsk direction as of 27.01.2025.

The 🇷🇺 3rd Special Purpose Brigade, MUN 21208, has seen unprecedented losses since their shift from the Pokrovsk front towards Toretsk.
Their transfer happened around Oct/Nov 2024, with the first MIA from Toretsk showing up on 2024.11.02 and the first geolocation on 2024.12.06

We can now confirm that the 2nd Air Assault Battalion Ukrainian 82nd Air Assault Brigade was involved.
This patch was taken by the Russian 60th Assault Brigade "Veterans" which also fought for Makhnovka in January.
