We are thrilled to see our IBC clinical trial study is officially out in @BCRJournal. We found the use JAK1/2 inhibitor Ruxolitinib in TN-IBC resulted in decreased pSTAT3 but lack of clinical benefits. Comb with immunotherapy may need to be considered. breast-cancer-research.biome…

We are very happy to see graduate student Ben from our lab successfully defended his PhD thesis last week. Ben works on KDM5 modulator in breast cancer over the last fives years. Congrats, Dr. Diciaccio! And looking forward to the paper. 🎓

Another year of PPG Retreat at Colrain! Five trainees represented the Polyak Lab to attened this year. Really fabulus experience and stimulating discussion. We look forward to continue the great science next year!
