I am happy to share our new paper in @CellStemCell, a short early pulse of “front” or “back” morphogens gives them anteroposterior identity - matching the regional map of the prenatal human cortex. We then used it to model Fragile X Syndrome. cell.com/cell-stem-cell/full…
