This should be a huge National Story, especially with Jena Griswold involved. Heres how it went down.
Democrats tried to gerrymander the vote for the COCO TRAIN and passed SB26-172 in May that cut the rail tax district from 4.4 million people to 2.6 million, dropping Conservative Cities while keeping friendlier cities they thought would vote for it. But they sent out the wrong maps and the ballots were never updated.
Now Jena Griswold’s plan is to count 7A only inside that SB26-172 map, ignore the mark on ineligible ballot styles, and hand-review Bow Mar and Sterling Ranch, where the style cannot tell voters apart.
Does anyone trust that this is going to be done correctly? And did anyone know they can set tabulators to ignore votes of certain people on certain issues? That seems like a very risky proposition……. #copolitics #colorado #freetinapeters @realtinapeters @Joeoltmann @PatriotMarkCook @heidiganahl @TheRMVoice @EFFE4USA @FSociety_1942 @Unite4Freedom

COLORADO’S BALLOT IS FINAL
People keep asking how I am voting on the statewide ballot measures. Here it is, plain and simple.
✅ AMENDMENT 81: YES
If someone is charged with a violent crime and police cannot determine whether they are legally in this country, federal immigration authorities should be notified.
✅ AMENDMENT 82: YES
You should have the right to use natural gas to heat your home, cook your food, or run your business. Government should not take that choice away.
✅ AMENDMENT 83: YES, WITH RESERVATIONS
This puts the right to hunt and fish in the Colorado Constitution. It also says hunting and fishing are a preferred way to manage wildlife. I do not like all the power it still leaves with the state, but protecting hunting in our Constitution is better than leaving it completely exposed.
✅ AMENDMENT 84: YES
Mail ballots should require voter identification. If information is missing or wrong, the voter will have a chance to fix it.
✅ AMENDMENT 85: YES
Ballot questions should be written in plain English. Voters should not need a lawyer to understand what they are voting on.
✅ AMENDMENT 86: YES
Politicians should not be able to redraw congressional districts in the middle of the decade just to help their own party.
❌ AMENDMENT 87: NO
This ends Colorado’s flat income tax, creates tax rates as high as 8.4 percent, and increases state taxes by an estimated $2.7 billion every year. Government already takes and spends enough.
❌ PROPOSITION NN: NO
They say it does not raise taxes. What it really does is let the state keep billions of dollars that could otherwise be returned to taxpayers through TABOR. The education promises focus on ten years, but the higher government spending limit is permanent.
✅ PROPOSITION 132: YES
Fentanyl is killing people and destroying families. Dealers need stronger punishment, and people addicted to fentanyl need real treatment.
✅ PROPOSITION 133: YES
Anyone who knowingly buys or sells sexual activity involving a child deserves life in prison.
✅ PROPOSITION 134: YES
Girls deserve fair sports. Female sports should be based on biological sex.
✅ PROPOSITION 135: YES
Children cannot understand or consent to permanent, life changing surgery. Adults can make their own decisions. Children need protection.
✅ PROPOSITION 136: YES
This caps Colorado’s income tax rate at 4.4 percent. Government can lower the tax rate, but it cannot raise it above 4.4 percent.
❌ PROPOSITION 137: NO
This lets the state keep about $175 million a year that could otherwise be returned through TABOR. It locks that money into government controlled conservation programs. In Colorado, “conservation” too often becomes restrictions, closed roads, and locked gates.
There it is.
11 YES votes.
3 NO votes.
Read them for yourself. Make your own decision. Then vote.

- Lake Mead is at 1038',will lose most of its turbines and 900 MW of power at 1035'. That's in 264,000 AF
- Lake Powell is at 3518', critical elevation is 3510', 3490' matters

This video is for the weak, shallow people who call themselves Republicans while spending all their time attacking other Republicans, spreading doubt, feeding division and tearing this party apart from within. You know exactly who you are, and by now, everyone else does too. You blame the candidates, the party and the system, but the truth is much simpler. You are the reason we keep losing. You are helping destroy the Republican Party, and you are handing Colorado to the Democrats one pathetic attack at a time. Watch the video. Then look in the mirror. This belongs squarely on your shoulders.

Near term #ColoradoRiver @SNWA_H2O district court APA/NEPA filing
• Service of the complaint/summons on federal defendants.
• Federal response window (typically 60 days for the U.S./agencies under FRCP 12(a)).
• Possible early motions (e.g., for preliminary injunction/stay of the ROD if Nevada seeks urgent relief(unlikely); motions to dismiss or transfer).
• Administrative record production and briefing on the merits (APA review is usually on the record).
• Status conferences or scheduling orders once a judge is assigned and parties appear.
The near-term ROD/Lower Basin plan elements are likely to remain in effect unless/until a court enjoins them. Litigation could take months to years for a district decision; appeals would go to the Ninth Circuit. Outcomes could range from uphold, vacate/remand for more NEPA analysis, or partial relief. Parallel political negotiations among states/Interior are possible. Other states or parties may intervene or file related suits.

Bill Bullard just explained how meat packers hide imported beef from 20 countries behind a USDA inspection sticker and sell it right next to domestic product as if it was raised here.
30,000 pounds of uninspected beef from Argentina hit Florida and Texas grocery shelves this month. Under current law, consumers have no way to know where their beef was born, raised, or slaughtered.
Packers profit from the deception. They source cheaper foreign beef, mark it with a USDA stamp, and price it right next to the real thing. You pay the same. The rancher back home gets undercut.
Mandatory country of origin labeling passed the Senate Ag Committee 17-6. The House blocked it. The same packers who fought MCOOL in 2015 are fighting it again today.

We’re staring down a total blue monopoly. 18 seats are on the line—if they flip, the Republican voice in Colorado is silenced for good. No checks, no balances.
Instead of fighting them, we’re tearing each other apart. Stop the infighting. Unite or lose it all.

Utah’s Amy Haas
“Now, the tricky thing is in this FEIS, this final environmental impact statement, there is there are poison pills for both basins. One of the poison pills for the upper basin is this the fact that this water may be allowed to travel down to the lower basin once it hits Lake Powell. That is something that’s a big concern of ours. And I would say the second constraint when it comes to conservation in the upper basin is hydrology. If Mother Nature doesn’t give us sufficient water, we can’t conserve. So those I would say are the two primary issues that that that pose the most difficulty in terms of running a conservation program.”
“And so, I think this notion that that the lower basin lost, the upper basin lost, there are again poison pills in this document for both basins. And quite honestly, I think that is a way for the federal government to continue to exert pressure on the seven states to come up with a seven-state consensus agreement.”
Utah's Amy Haas on the "poison pills" in the #ColoradoRiver FEIS. @usbr will convert Upper Basin "Contribution" pool to system water and deliver it to @CAPArizona while they are calling us in courts. This is boot strapping water markets, violates III(a)

The essence of the #ColoradoRiver conflict:
- in 2007 guideline negotiations @CAPArizona and @SNWA_H2O used litigation threats to get 9 MAF releases from Powell. They wrote a law paper on it
- CO and UCRC caved to avoid litigation
- 2015-2019 CAP gamed 2007 “sweet spot” to get five 9’s in a row, 3.75 MAF extra out of Powell
- AZ was putting 500,000 AFY into holes in the ground violating iii(e)
- iii(d) compliance was fat with a bubble from all these 9’s until…
- hydrology went bad in 2020 and releases from Powell swung the other way, 7.5 MAF and lower
- in 2024 Bureau gave itself authority in interim ROD to cut releases to 6 MAF. The La Fond bypass tube memo is in the middle of this.
- in 2025 the 9’s from 2015 started falling out of the 10 year average and that extra 750,000 af was gifted to Lower Basin, lost to both Powell and the 10 year
- this year we needed a 7.1 MAF release to stay in compliance with 8.23 10 year in AZ’s eyes. We got 6 under dubious Bureau authority. We are 1.1 MAF in noncompliance
- on Oct 1 Upper Basin is vulnerable to litigation and a call when we officially fall below 8.23
Bottomline is AZ manipulated Upper Basin into noncompliance. Without huge snow years we will be out of compliance indefinitely. Bureau helped push us into noncompliance by defending Powell power head, contrary to Article IV(b) and releasing 6 MAF without authority from seven states. On this I agree with AZ FEIS letter. This will be a 1968 section 603 violation if we are called.
I’m going out on a limb here. No court in its right mind is going to hold Upper Basin at fault here and call us.
IANAL
