In 6 games so far this season, the bench has contributed to one Leeds goal. At some point, there has to be more. lsxi.substack.com/p/if-leeds… #LUFC #MOT

Good to get back to it after the longest international break of all our lives - one of the running things so far this season has been the bench. At what point do we need more? Where are contributions going to come from? #LUFC lsxi.substack.com/p/if-leeds…

Posting this one last time as a bit of pre-match reading - and if we could have a 90 minutes like this one, that would be great. Please do share/subscribe if you like it etc. #LUFC #MOT lsxi.substack.com/p/leeds-4-…

One of the most interesting things I noticed on Monday was how much narrower Stach was playing vs how other people lining up as the 'right ten' and how much it seemed to help Bogle - more on that here #LUFC #MOT lsxi.substack.com/p/leeds-4-…

A few people mentioned around the game on Monday that there wasn’t enough tactical analysis going on around Leeds at the moment. So I tried my best to say something interesting on the system itself, which has always been very good #LUFC

On Monday night, Leeds delivered perhaps their most complete performance since returning to the Premier League under Daniel Farke - It was also a great example of a system working at its optimum. #LUFC #MOT lsxi.substack.com/p/leeds-4-…

Since this was first published I have spent days now defending it in replies with people saying I’m wrong, farke can’t win, etc Tonight, we watched a 2-0 lead turn into 3-2 down before a sub was made. If you haven’t yet, read this, because I had a point. lsxi.substack.com/p/does-dan…

Just sharing this one more time as a bit of pre match reading For what it’s worth, I think we will be ‘braver’ tonight - I always find farke’s more interesting in the cups where there’s less pressure on the result #LUFC #MOT lsxi.substack.com/p/does-dan…

Thoughts here on how Leeds, Farke and in-game management - really good starts keep slipping into ‘good points’, and is it selling this side short at points? #LUFC #MOT lsxi.substack.com/p/does-dan…

I wrote this a few days ago when we still may have been getting Mudryk not Bahoya, but if anything this has become more true. Not only because a player that dynamic turns draws into wins, but also he’s still raw, he needs trust, and patience to develop. substack.com/@adamgeldart/no…

Leeds have built a side that’s incredibly difficult to beat. With the squad improving, that can’t be the end goal anymore, and the second half yesterday proved that's achievable, especially if we get a winger in and Farke actually uses them
