Fun fact, I didn’t even want to tour @FordhamNYC, but my parents made me, so whoever said your parents know best, might be on to something.
I joined the #NYR beat for @wfuvsports as the ‘EBUG’ last season, and now I’m wrapping up my 1st full season on the beat.
Interviewing players is awesome, the goalie fight was pretty cool, but the highlights are getting to meet people I’ve looked up to like fellow Ram @jaygeemsg.
And thank you so much to the wonderful @michellegingras for giving me this opportunity!
Rangers fan to Rangers fans, we have it the best with @MSGNetworks!

Spoke to Mike Breen on campus at Fordham recently. I asked him where the “Life isn’t perfect but there are perfect moments” quote came from.
Said he saw it on a napkin at store.
Wrote it down. Kept it for the perfect moment.

Sean Durzi on #NYR motivation to remain undefeated at home:
"It’s our fans. It’s an exciting time. We heard what was going on tomorrow night [at the Knicks' championship banner raising ceremony], so it’s nice to give back-to-back good nights at MSG. They’ve been great. Being here, the welcome, the support that I've gotten, has been incredible. Makes it a little more special to give them a nice show on home ice.”

Will Cuylle threw a big open ice hit on Declan Chisholm, then dropped the gloves immediately with Johnathan Kovacevic.
#NYR were fired up from that one.
I just speed ran a midterm to make it to #NYR puck drop. Thanks Cuylle for justifying my decision to do that!

I reiterated J.T. Miller’s comments about the #NYR style of play to Mike Sullivan and how sometimes it could be seen as boring, but in a good way.
At the end of his response, we had a good laugh:
“J.T. has a way with words.” 😂
Here was Lafreniere on his view of the #NYR vibes:
“We have a great group and just being at the rink is great.”
A bit more from Lafreniere on that plus their emphasis on good third periods to win close games like tonight versus the #GoBolts. ⬇️

Asked Will Cuylle about how #NYR are having fun:
“Winning is fun… We just got to keep the vibes good, and the positive energy going, and the rest should take care of itself.”
And on Lafreniére:
“He’s really feeling it right now.”
A little more from Cuylle following the 4-1 win over the #GoBolts. ⬇️

Laba was in a collision so you knew the #NYR would come to his support.
Kartye ends up taking an interference but you’ll take that if it means standing up for your guy.
3-1 Rangers, 15:34 3P
I think #NYR fans were a bit confused at on what to say at first, but they came around to a nice MSG sponsored “Dylan!” chant for Dylan Garand!
I mean, just watch the clip of Lafreniere and Cuylle. #NYR
