“Fruit Loops” Ss kicking deck rings in a #physed warmup. Used during our soccer ⚽️ unit. Kick deck rings to slide across the floor. If someone else’s fruit loop slides into your foot choose an exercise to do. (Wall push ups, wall sits, j-jacks etc) Rejoin the activity. – at Fort Worth, TX

Working on fitness in #physed today! One student does a curl-up to throw ball towards pin, 2nd student runs to get ball, 3rd student is doing a plank. They keep track of their points and switch rolls throughout activity.
