It’s officially time to start planning my book tour… words I never in a million years thought I’d say but here we are! Exactly 3 years ago, I was hiding in the car during a family gathering because with an ultra rare stage IV cancer and at 29 years old, I was overwhelmed and couldn’t handle one more question about what was ahead of me…“what do you mean they don’t know?” Today, for Pre-Order Tuesday, I get to celebrate 100 pre-orders of my memoir, that I’m donating my proceeds from back to research while in sunny San Diego at #AACR2024 with no active cancer. After my prognosis began to change, I promised myself I’d use the time I was given, to give back to others who may come behind me one day. I went from building software for race tracks 🏎️ to joining the Rare Cancer Research Foundation and building software to empower patients and advance research.
