New fundraising email from Darline Graham with JD Vance's name on it. These are always hyperbolic but they had one earlier claiming Annie Andrews was on 96 percent of all television ads on air right now. Not very likely... but Graham is being outspent by Andrews at present.

SC State Board of Education has adopted a model cellphone ban policy for public schools in South Carolina — districts can adopt this one or craft a policy that’s stricter than this (i.e. banning students from bringing cellphones on campus). Statewide implementation starts in Jan.
