So happy and deeply satisfying to witness the launch of the Chief Minister’s Fellowship Programme by the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Dr. Neiphiu Rio. An investment in our people - especially the youth of Nagaland. The Fellowship carries an aspiration to empower our young people with knowledge, experience and capability to take on the challenges of life, realise their potential and contribute positively towards the future of our people. The idea was inspired by my own experience as a participant of the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) @StateIVLP of the U.S. Department of State @exchangealumni, and has been made possible by the vision, encouragement and guidance of Dr. @Neiphiu_Rio. Also grateful to the @CmoNagaland for releasing the Research Study Report on “Strategic Interventions for Endogenous Development”, funded by NEDFi - the outcome of intensive and in-depth research into Nagaland’s niche products, the creative economy and opportunities for investment diversification. At the Investment & Development Authority of Nagaland @IdanNagaland, we continue to strive tirelessly for a better tomorrow - with the help, support and prayers of one and all. A satisfying day, and another step forward.

An honour to join the Hon’ble Governor of Nagaland, Shri @nkishoreyadav Ji, for the inauguration of the new Made in Nagaland showroom, strategically located along the National Highway between Dimapur and Kohima. This is another welcome milestone under YouthNet’s flagship initiative to promote Nagaland’s homegrown products, entrepreneurs, makers and creators. Congratulations to @YNnagaland, under the guidance of its Founder, Madam @JakhaluHekani, and Director, Ms. @ChaseNune, for creating a space that is modern, premium and welcoming. More importantly, it is a wonderful destination to discover the very best of Nagaland - showcasing the creativity, craftsmanship, innovation and entrepreneurial spirit of our people. Our products tell our stories. Our entrepreneurs represent the aspirations of a new generation. It is through initiatives such as these that we can take Nagaland to global markets and bring the world to Nagaland. Delighted to inaugurate The White House Founders Museum – The Road to Liberty exhibition in Nagaland along with my IVLP colleague Mr. @thejameru. Presented by the American Center and hosted by TAFMA, this unique exhibition commemorates the 250th Anniversary of American Independence and offers visitors a fascinating journey through the founding of the United States and the ideals of liberty, democracy, courage and nation-building that continue to inspire people across the world. It is a privilege for Nagaland to host this landmark exhibition and provide our students, young people and history enthusiasts with the opportunity to experience an important chapter of global history here at home. Nagaland and the United States have enjoyed a warm and enduring relationship built on education, culture, music, entrepreneurship, sports and strong people-to-people connections. We hope this exhibition will further strengthen these bonds while encouraging dialogue, learning and a deeper appreciation of the values that unite us. I warmly invite everyone to visit this special exhibition and experience this remarkable journey through history.
