The web part is Flutter Web BTW. It’s basically a mobile app technology ported to the web. That loading part is the initialisation of the entire app. It doesn’t render HTML elements. It draws the entire app on a 2D canvas with WebGL. This breaks things like accessibility (Illegal BTW), natural navigation (You need to load the entire app to navigate)… It’s basically bloat on the web. It would be acceptable on mobile though.
