I don't even know what to say... 200+ hours on her all for nothing??? Are we actually serious man, I'm fucking heartbroken if this is true
Why do the people who don't even play her get their way over the people who have spent hundreds of hours playing her, unreal decision :(

This pattern keeps repeating.
Western character model → "Normal woman" ✅
Asian character model → "Creepy. Pedo bait. Unrealistic." ⛳️
Left image: standard realistic Western female face.
Right image: softer, more youthful East Asian-inspired features with detailed skin texture and lighting.
Why does one get praised as "normal" while the other instantly triggers accusations? It’s not about realism—both are stylized digital art. It looks more like a reflexive discomfort with Asian beauty standards, especially youthful or delicate ones.
This isn’t isolated. It happens over and over in gaming, anime, and character design discussions.
But when you confront people about this they will insist they aren't racist.

I’m so sorry but I won’t be able to make it to NakaKon this year.
I’m feeling okay but my doctors are insisting on monitoring my condition for a bit. Please don’t worry, I’m sure it will be okay.
I’ll catch you at the next one!

I think it would be nice if the NIKKE outfits carry over to the sequel if you bought the dlc, I would say the same for the NieR ones too, but they don't own those 😅
