From a European win at Eurocup 2019 to a fully functional national tournament, the Icelandic Overwatch community is nothing short of inspirational. Or at least we think so! At first, there didn't seem to be any hope but here we are! THIS IS YOUR TEAM ICELAND FOR THE 2023 OWWC!

Frustrated and let down by Iceland's exclusion from the World Cup. As European champions, they have proven their worth and deserve a chance to compete against the best teams in the world. The fact that they were not given an opportunity to play for a spot is a severe injustice.
