Strange ending to a great semester. Lost a friendly #beatmichigan wager to @DrJMatth, so I had to wear a @UMich bowtie to class after they narrowly escaped being defeated by my @OhioState Buckeyes. The OSU sweater got a lot of love though, courtesy of designer @tayloromcgee.

Best-case scenario update on this: I emailed the editor to share my concerns. They responded swiftly and sympathetically. They agreed the review was not up to their usual standards of constructive review, apologized, and proposed good options for how to move forward. Yay! #win
Student first author was so excited to get an R&R decision this morning, but one reviewer's harsh and disrespectful delivery (e.g., "You are clearly not doing your reading") has me FURIOUS. This is not okay. #reviewer2
