Whats more likely is that:
-He's been fed mostly processed foods
-He watches his parents eat unhealthy foods
-He gets to eat in front of a screen or get rushed while eating
-He's never been included in shopping for food, cooking food or learning about real food
Unhealthy habits = Unhealthy relationship with food
