Today was a good trading day for me not because I made 3R but because i followed the gameplan I had prepared for myself over the weekend. 1. Me vs Me, no noise, no biasis, no nothing, i remained a blank canvas ✅ 2. Started the day with tiny risk until I built I cushion (if ever) and followed the 6 days to a te ✅ 3. Kept standards high and didn't broke the ice on trash. (A lot of sitting tight during pre mkt) ✅ 4. When that A plus setup came and it didn't work, I cut the Loss like a mfker.✅ 5. $CRWV weekly chart - Last week was CRWV's largest weekly volume, by far. It was more than double their previous highest week. That is pure capitulation, and price finished at the July lows, which is even below the March 2026 lows. Unless Coreweave is going to literally go bankrupt, then this is an incredible price. I grabbed LEAPS last week as every time CRWV has hit $65 it has bounced right back to $100+ within a few weeks or months.

One rule changed my trading career, and it's just a time on the clock. Back in the day I'd trade all day with @Modern_rock. Green in the morning, then I'd sit there all afternoon and give it right back. Over and over. So I went through my stats. A decade of them. And man, it was so obvious. I lose money after 10:30am. That's what created the zombie rule. 10:30 a.m. market time, I'm done. Green day, red day, doesn't matter, I walk away. Think about the casino. Do you make more money the longer you play cards, or when you take your chips off the table and walk away? Trading is very similar. The less time you trade, the more money you make, because the market has less of an opportunity to take that money away from you. And if you're upside down going into the zombie hour, get out. Don't fight it. If there's anything consistent, it's death, taxes, and Alex losing money after 10:30.
