Get out and vote Texas. We’re losing.

Let’s not forget the July 4th flood on the Guadalupe River. 117 Americans lost their lives. President Biden allotted money to Abbott to upgrade the sirens on the river. Abbott DID NOT upgrade the sirens. Instead he gave deputies a pay raise.
WTF Texas?!🤬
This question is a catch 22. If you say Cuba doesn’t look like Miami due to communism then you’re admitting that the democratic liberties allowed you to prosper and voting against it in this current socio-political climate is asinine.

its easy to brag about business & wealth you built when you came somewhere with the resources and opportunities to do it. and if thats the case why cuba don’t look like Miami? :)

The idea that some Texans are voting for Gregory Abbott after he left us in the cold to die, did nothing to protect school children after multiple shootings, and let all those little Christian girls drown…. Is crazy

Yes, I spoke out about the voting machine I cast my vote on the first day of early voting in Tennessee.
Yes, the button kept flipping up to the wrong candidate three times.
Yes, I called on a very nice poll worker who stood there until it worked on the third try.

The same hype yall give talarico, yall need to give to Gina. Abbott is behind every problem that Texans face and I’m tired of him being in control.

In Texas you’ll spend $100 for a week of groceries and $50 to fill your tank while the GOP tries to tell you trans people and weed are the biggest threats in our state

The part no one is bringing up is WHY this happened.
These “Super-PAWGs” are the result of a shift in the zeitgeist of desirability among white women.
A lot of the under-30 gym girlies will not have this context, so they aren’t necessarily at fault for this, but I watched this shit happen in real time. Thin was in for most of my early life. ESPECIALLY for white women.
White women were not interested in having fat asses until the early 2010s when the Kl*nd*shians popularized BBLs and caricatured Black women’s natural figure into a cartoonishly goofy silhouette with weird proportions.
The unintended side-effect of this was that naturally thicker white women finally found the confidence to love themselves and work towards attainable fitness goals, but that doesn’t change the seeds of appropriation and commodification of Black women’s bodies that blossomed into the flower of white women’s relatively newfound confidence.
