We’re building a tool for 4-card PLO and need databases to benchmark what winning player stats actually look like.
Are you a proven winner in 4-card PLO & would you be willing to share your database with us?
All data would only be used for analysis & will not be shared.

You've done the work. You followed the advice. It still falls apart at the table.
So they tell you to try harder. To be more disciplined. More professional
The truth? You're not broken. Their model is.
And instead of fixing it, they sold you more of it.
The difference in performance from a regulated nervous system vs a dis-regulated one is massive. Learn what that feels like and you'll have a huge edge at the table.
Most "burnout" in poker is just this:
You stopped playing your game and started playing what you were told was correct.
The results say you're doing everything right - if you ignore the fact that you are miserable
But hey! at least it's +EV
The solution is simple...
You learn to regulate your nervous system.
Soon the joy comes back and with it, the big scores

You don’t fall in love with a person.
You fall in love with what they reflect back to you about your own soul.
Self-esteem demands action.
Action demands clarity.
Clarity demands courage.
Courage demands consistency.
Consistency demands identity.
Ever left the table thinking,
“That wasn’t me. I didn’t play my game.”
You know that gut punch.
The replay. The regret.
Every player’s done it.
Only a few learn how to stop it.
You can't play sharp while lying to yourself.
Every illusion costs energy.
Every truth you face gives it back.
Your best poker comes from your honesty.
It's Day 1. Schedule set, plan built, "Lose Yourself" on repeat.
Except it's year 10 and you've done this countless times.
Until you learn to break the failure loop you've created, no amount of Mom's spaghetti will save you
Mid-session and locked in. Hours of spot on reads, correct folds, and stacking pots.
You start thinking. What if this never stops? What if it does? Am I good? Lucky? Both?
Learning to navigate these moments is how the big money is won.
Winning player tells me the losing player is a stupid because he made a bad play.
Winning player is a miserable addict with no friends.
Losing player is a happy family man with a successful business.
Good read winning player.
I'd like to personally thank David Goggins for inspiring a new type of poker punter. The "Stay Hard" poker pro who shows up tilted and exhausted, everyday. They "outwork" everybody by grinding themselves to dust.
They'll never accept that poker is easy so it never will be.
You say you aren't results oriented but you act differently when you win vs when you lose.
Stop lying to yourself. When you lock in, the results don't matter. You play your game every hand, every time.
When you can't? Everything bothers you.
Learn to lock in and thrive
They sit in the game for hours. On their phone, not engaging anyone, stuck in their ways with no future. Year after year until there's nothing left. A professional in title only.
They never learned to be present with the truth and it killed them - slowly and painfully.
Poker will take you out of a alignment in many ways; downswings, emotions, pressure.
Presence brings your awareness to the truth. Learning this skill makes poker fun and profitable.
