Just been to see @joskyn100 in his one man play "Man's Best Friend" at The Tron in Glasgow, and thoroughly enjoyed it. It takes quite some talent to remember and deliver 80 minutes of monologue. On for a few days yet, and well worth seeing.

Every point Joe Lydon makes is spot on. They deserve so much better. I opposed amalgamating on @SVNSSeries (favouring a stand-alone @Scotlandteam) but once mandated by @WorldRugby I supported @GBRugbySevens wholeheartedly. The Unions effectively abandoning 7s now is shameful.

What are the tie-breakers if Chile/Samoa men or Colombia/Thailand women finish level on Series points in the #ChallengerSeries ? Can't find it mentioned anywhere by @WorldRugby or @SVNSSeries @RupertCoxTV @byrnesydrama

Sadly it looks like being another embarrassingly poor attendance at this week's WXV1 decider between Canada and England. They seem to only be selling the seats on one side of the stadium, on only the lower tier, & with loads still available (blue dots). Not sure of the solution.

Delighted to read that Kaleem is staying involved.

Olympic events in the Stade de France seem to have been a huge success, with a great Abba hits soundtrack. Haven't heard them play Waterloo yet.

In a country famous for a hunchy guy who lives in a Bell tower, whodda thunk the French could make such a mess of ringing the lap-to-go bell?! @chrishoy @JoRowsellMBE

Who says referees don't have a sense of humour?! #HSBCSVNSMAD
