What if the most powerful part of a cross-country journey wasn’t the distance, but the conversations along the way?
When @SachinMotion and @glenling out across Canada, it was the real, unplanned chats with strangers that stayed with them the most. In this episode of the #DCMpodcast, they’re joined by Dr. David Kuhl and CMHF CEO @KentonBoston to explore what these moments reveal about men’s mental health.
From quiet meetups to roadside chats, one thing is clear: people aren’t looking for advice. They’re looking for connection.

A sad day for those who enjoys the art of radio news. There are few people with the passion, determination and dedication @imboblayton displayed for so many years. It’s an honour to work with you, retire knowing you had tremendous impact on so many of us. Thank you. @630CHED
