All 3 air ambulances working in #Plymouth this evening are charity funded, as are the local emergency doctors too! They work so hard and fly straight to the danger! Consider helping them out by dropping a donation ❤️

I’m up early ready to get into @CharlesCrossLPP and help colleagues in whatever way I can after yesterdays terrible incident in our city. Please be extra kind to each other today. There are families waking to unimaginable heartbreak and loss. @DC_Police

It’s been a while since we joined in on Twitter, time for a catch up in the aftermath of #jackieweaverhastheauthority and #weetabixandbeans 🤣
We clean trauma scenes that don’t look as nasty as this @weetabix 🤢
Why should bread have all the fun, when there's Weetabix? Serving up @HeinzUK Beanz on bix for breakfast with a twist. #ItHasToBeHeinz #HaveYouHadYourWeetabix

For those who are able to leave their homes as a result of the changes, think carefully about where you are going and how you will be able to keep your distance from others.
Keep in mind the purpose of the regulations and the national effort to protect the NHS and save lives.
Today we have done a COVID19 outbreak sanitisation, a deep clean at an Essential service office & been called back out to an RTA. The roads are quieter, not necessarily safer or easier to manoeuvre. The world of our work continues.
Please stay safe everyone 💞

I've written to the Health Secretary @MattHancock outlining urgent concerns about the NHS 111 call centre in Plymouth.
I've been in touch with worried staff, who have told me that proper social distancing measures aren't in place, putting them at risk.

Since raising concerns about social distancing practices at the NHS 111 call centre in #plymouth I’ve had many people in that call centre and others contact me to raise more concerns. Time for employers to sort this out itv.com/news/2020-03-28/nhs-…

Pleased to back the call by @Jon2aylor and @plymouthcc for frontline teachers and other education staff to have adequate PPE. All frontline public services deserve to have the PPE they need. Good on the city council for highlighting this issue. #plymouth

Can’t believe the prices for waste removal is so inexpensive in Blackpool especially considering a large proportion needs to be incinerated under HSE regulations as it’s human waste!
Still trauma cleaning, you know infection control, sanitisation, COVID19 call outs, RTA’s, needle sweeps, unattended deaths. We’re doing everything we’re trained, qualified & accredited to do....we’ve not suddenly become experts in ironing 🤔

I’m going to say it again... paraphrased from Govt website. Work from home if you can.. if you can’t but you can do SAFELY at your place of work then that is considered essential travel. We need to keep Business going or the cure will be worse than the illness.
