This isn’t one bullish metric.
EVERYTHING moved in the right direction.
Acquisition Contracts: 477

That’s roughly +279% YoY — 3.8X last year’s level.
And then comes resale execution.
Q3 Resale COEs finished at 2,728 vs. 2,653 last year.
But the acceleration into quarter-end is what really caught my attention:

That’s 414 additional closings in just 11 days.
