Modern education pays little attention to inner values and yet our basic human nature is compassionate. We need to incorporate compassion and warm-heartedness into the modern education system to make it more holistic.

My biggest issue with this Teachers Pay Teachers era is that it makes us focus on the product and not the process. The learning happens when we think. I don't want the worksheets; I want to know the mistakes you made, the questions you had...this will make us better for our kids.
