If you want to dispute our facts then you post the reference numbers of two applications that you claim he had submitted and we will post the reference number of the remaining two.
The problem of generation of multiple EPICs on submission of multiple forms of an individual is a long standing one. We do deduplication through ECINET periodically. We are on path to achieving the objective of catching multiple forms submitted by an individual at the submission stage only. We will achieve our objective very soon.

The SIR process is to get rid of dubious voters and like a true ignoramus, Jayapal either doesnt know that this process has helped identify 30 million dead voters, 40 million duplicate voters (having more than one voter ID) and 60 doubtfuls, who were not found at the given addresses.
The 60 million doubtful also contain anomalous cases such as sibling gap less than 7 months, mother’s age less than 14 or greater than 50 and many more. All the 60 million doubtful cases are open for revision and verification and anyone genuinely affected is to submit his papers for check. THE PROCESS IS OPEN AND ONGOING.
Its unfortunate that all this detailed submission will just get ignored because people arent interested in truth. Only in propagating their narrative and version of events. Truth, who gives a damn, as long as the epistemic laundering is successful.
