Results suggested that a single dose of psilocybin significantly reduces depressive symptoms compared to placebo for at least 2 weeks

Very short summary: We did not find any changes in brain connectivity that are present in all four altered states of consciousness. While the effects of Psilocybin and LSD are pretty similar, meditation and hypnosis are different.
