It’s an extremely rare privilege to read a script like this before the rest of the world gets to realize how great it is.
Kate’s obviously a talent that should be staffed, and you should check out this pilot that’s kinda like Veep meets AP Bio.

For those curious, here’s the LA County District Attorney’s Office’s (unsurprising) take on Harvey Weinstein’s New York verdict being overturned, and how it might bear, or not, on the sixteen-year sentence he still has to serve in California:
Days after we finished production on Hello, John Doe, Todd died unexpectedly, leaving behind an amazing family, both his wife and kids and the countless lives he touched through his work.
Our tribute episode to him is out this week.

This was such a special series, you can hear how generous and passionate Todd was when it came to reuniting lost loved ones in every minute. Strange to listen now that he's on the other side of that thin veil between life and death💛#HelloJohnDoe open.spotify.com/show/5jmgbx…

THREAD: In 2017, as a cub reporter at the @daily_press, I became fascinated by the unidentified/unclaimed dead and efforts to ID them. My reporting led me to Todd Matthews, the most charismatic, unfiltered, and engaging law enforcement spokesman I’d ever met. /1
