They have done under their organization of World Of Music and Arts Assist. ( WOMA )

Anyone using @britishairways escort service for loved ones and other vulnerable passengers eg kids and elderly, please be vigilant. Does losing escorted passengers hand luggage on board seem to be a thing ? Worrying when there’s vital medication involved.
Ie there’s a small suitcase we have been told may still be on the plane between Heathrow and Frankfurt (and there have probably been a dozen flights since this item was taken from the elderly escorted passenger then promptly lost). Beggars belief.
