My plan: 1. Destroy the current voter rolls in every state 2. Rebuild the rolls from scratch by hand 3. Voters must register in person with proof of citizenship, identity, and residence 4. No mail-in registrations from anyone, no matter how inconvenient This plan, unlike all other proposals, eliminates the biggest election fraud vector at its source: the justification for every ballot. Any plan that ignores this is leaving a huge back door wide open. Fixing the way ballots are counted is meaningless if the ballots counted were generated from false or misappropriated ID numbers. We don't need to know who committed what fraud to justify doing this. The current state of voter rolls nationwide is enough to know they aren't fit for use and must be 100% replaced, not just "cleaned." Again, anything less than this is fool's gold at the end of the rainbow, and it's a fake rainbow.
