I have been having a nightmare w/ your company. I purchased a home policy from your agent. I called to confirm my policy. I can't log-in to the customer portal because it says I don't have a policy. The automated systems says it can't find my policy. WTH!!!
After spending $90 w/ tip @Bravo_Italian my Mom tried to use the bathroom, but almost threw up from a foul odor in the ladies room. Both our server & manager were unbothered and told us it's been a problem for a while. DISGUSTING! Fix this issue or close the restaurant. #DoBetter
