It is very sad to hear of the passing of George, my good friend and successor at KACSOA. Years after I left the organization, we remained in touch, often sharing reflections on the growth of Civil society Sebei. We will greatly miss you, George. Rest in peace, my friend. – at Kampala, Uganda

A good harvest can still become a loss if we handle it poorly after harvesting.
In Kween District, farmers are currently harvesting different food crops, but one practice deserves our attention:drying produce directly on tarmac roads.

Under the Harvesting Health Project, let us make post-harvest handling part of the conversation—not an afterthought.
Harvest well. Dry safely. Store properly. Eat safely. 🌱
