Starting in January 2027, It is KRA that shall FIRST calculate for you, what income it believes you & your business earned in 2026, And what income tax you shall therefore pay. KRA will do this by generating a pre populated income tax return using the information it already has, such as: - eTIMS data - PAYE records - Withholding tax records - Plus any other information KRA can find KRA shall then send you this pre filled return by 31st January 2027. Once you receive it, you have 60 days (February and March), and 2 OPTIONS only. To either: 1. Confirm & accept KRA generated return, if the numbers are correct. Or, 2. Reject & amend KRA generatd return, if KRA got the numbers wrong. If you take this route, you shall provide your own numbers together with supporting documents to KRA. - If you make your amendments late. Or, - You do not make any amendments at all, KRA shall congratulate you conclude that you have agreed with its originally generated assessment, and you shall pay the KRA generated tax bill. After that, you shall use the amended or originally accepted return to file your taxes as follows: - If you are a human being, file by April 30th 2027. - If you have no flesh & blood (company, partnership, trust, etc), file by June 30th. (Or the last day of the sixth month after your accounting year ends.) One more critical mistake to watch. - When that time comes, do not assume KRA's numbers are always correct. The law has expressly given you the right to accept or reject the pre-populated return before filing. Lessons: • Proper bookkeeping is King in 2026. • Mark the new tax timelines in your calendar. This is a new thing in Kenya, so reread slowly.

The signs of a sovereign odious debt default are now very clear, even for those who have no brains, because a government that has borrowed everywhere, taxed everything, sold public assets, squeezed workers through deductions and now wants SACCO savings is no longer looking for development money, it is looking for survival money. Banks built a comfortable debt circle with government, where lending to the state became easier, safer and more rewarding than taking risks with SMEs, traders, farmers, contractors, manufacturers and ordinary Kenyans trying to keep their biasharas alive. That relationship slowly choked the real economy, because banks preferred government paper, Treasury kept borrowing, SMEs were starved of credit, small borrowers were punished, and Kenyans who could no longer breathe inside the banking system ran back to SACCOs. SACCOs became the last refuge for people abandoned by banks, the place where teachers, police officers, nurses, boda riders, matatu people, farmers, mama mbogas and small traders could still save slowly, borrow with dignity and keep families moving. Now the same government that helped banks turn debt into a feeding system is following Kenyans into SACCOs, looking at the savings people built from salaries, farming, biashara, side hustles and painful monthly deductions. This is the last nail. SACCO money is not idle Treasury money waiting to be touched, it is private sacrifice by ordinary Kenyans who saved for school fees, land, homes, hospital bills, emergencies, small businesses and survival in an economy already squeezed by taxes, loans and bad policy. A government that cannot explain where borrowed billions went cannot be trusted with SACCO billions, especially when the same infrastructure language has already been used for years to hide wastage, inflated contracts, brokers, political friends and budget games. This is how a country tells you quietly that lenders are tired, banks are already overfed on government debt, taxes are no longer enough, public assets have been lined up, and the last pool of money outside Treasury’s direct hands is now being targeted. The money is finished, and now they are following Kenyans into the last safe corner they had left.

The plan is to make Kenya a failed state; 1. Destroy the middle class. -shut down manufacturing companies. -overtax the working class. -inflation. -hike the cost of living. -no increments on salaries. 2. Turn everyone into a beggar. -introduce digital currency. -government as biggest employer. -destroy informal sector. -divest manufacturing. -over regulate/ over tax small and medium enterprises. -subsidise corporates. 3. Privatize land. -give access to farmland to global agricultural multinationals. -bills that take away land sovereignty from the citizen. -introduce a land tax. -create squatters. 4. Control housing. -15 minute cities. -over surveillance. -avoidable housing for those who can't afford a tax on their freehold land. 5. Destroy seed sovereignty. -introduce only patented seedlings. -prioritise GMOs and hybrids. -demonize indigenous seeds and organic farming. -pass bills that curtail the growth and aspirations of small scale farmers. 6. Privatize water. -force a people to need a license to harvest rain water, rivers or dams. -overtax boreholes so only the rich can afford them. -give global beverage and bottled water companies uninhibited access. 7. Enslave the nation in debt. -borrow from global banking cartels; IMF, World Bank, China EXIM Bank, European Central Bank, African Development Bank... -squander taxes. -loot borrowed money. -use national assets as colateral for debt. 8. Destroy Sovereignty. -allow foreign military bases in your land. -allow foreign governments say so in your socio-economic/ political issues. -allow biological weapons labs. -allow for looting of mineral wealth and natural resources. 9. Create an illiterate populace. -remove free education. -introduce a new education model without proper planning. -allow globalist entities to fund your curriculum. -dumb down the learners. -divest/privatise higher learning institutions. 10. Devalue the currency. -print fiat without regulation. -inflation. -loot gold and silver reserves. -allow global banking cartels to set fiscal policy.

Finance Bill 2026 wants to tighten eTIMS. Under the proposal: If you fail to issue an eTIMS invoice, KRA can charge you: • 2X the tax due • Minimum 100K penalty for companies • 10K penalty for individuals But it gets deeper. • Any expense without an eTIMS invoice is automatically disallowed. KRA has no power to accept manual non etims expenses. Meaning: - If you buy stock say from a farmer - Farmer doesn’t issue eTIMS - KRA ignores your cost - Taxes you on fake profits And now: • Businesses making above 5M in yearly sales shall be forced to integrate their systems with KRA. Meaning: - KRA wants a live feed of your transactions - This is live tax audit Lesson: • Deal only with eTIMS compliant suppliers • Or prepare to donate money to KRA
