I haven't posted much since January. I've been busy building. From January through March 2026, I worked on OYSAA, a digital Signage and Advertisement Management System for the Oyo State Signage and Advertisement Agency. @oyostategovt.

Bros, this your idea sounds like Harvard on paper, but in real life, you just created a massive black market! 😂 Let’s do the street math If an Oyo ID gets me fuel at ₦500 and an Osun man must pay ₦850, every Oyo resident will simply buy with their ID and resell to non-residents at ₦700. Congratulations, you just turned the whole state into mini cabals. Creative thinking is good, but make we no use innovation cause traffic jam!
Bro, LASG has a registration portal for it's residents. They issue ID cards accordingly. I think it's attached to state taxation as well. Stuff like that can be used as a means for the state citizens to get subsidised fuel. Get registered, pay your tax and get an ID. Other peeps from other states not having the ID will pay the normal rate at the pump. It is doable. And a win-win for all. The state makes more money from tax compliance. We need to hold state governors accountable and task them to think!

“job market is fucked up” my ass. people are not even ready to work on writing a basic email, i just asked for proof of work, and people here are sending me the first response they’re getting from gpt that’s not how things work, if I can clearly see that the person is not even ready to write an email by themselves, how the fuck will I even judge them?? we are screaming our throats out that we do need good engineers, using tools is fine, we ourselves encourage using ai, getting you every ai tool you could ever ask for on the first day itself without any questions but at least do the basic work that is required small request to future candidates: if you are sending a totally ai generated mail, better not to send it, you’ll have fewer things to crib about when we don’t open your mail

A paradox of life: The problem with patience and discipline is that developing each of them requires both of them. #Discipline #SelfImprovement #LifeLessons #Mindset

I turn ideas into working software , frontend, backend, deployment, the whole pipeline. React/Next.js/TypeScript/Node.js is home for me. Currently open to remote opportunities. Let's build something

AI automation + lead generation. If you can help a business make more money or save more time, €1,000/month is smallz... Its not really about just having a skill, its more about knowing how to use it to solve expensive problems.
₦20 million is roughly €12,000. You need one client in Europe willing to pay you €1,000 every month, consistently. The real question is: what skill do you have that can make someone comfortable paying you that? If you know a skill that can get you there. Say it in the comments

The average software engineer overestimates their impact and underestimates how replaceable they are. Especially in 2026

Do Hard Things. You'll Grow Like Never Before. You'll Feel Happier.
I’m glad that this conversation is coming from a twenty something young lady, atleast they won’t say it’s a mindset of a 40plus woman like me

The challenge is building one system that can accommodate all those workflows without turning into thirteen separate applications. I'm proud of what we built, and even more grateful for the people I got to build it with.

A huge shoutout to @adesin18 for handling the backend and helping bring the workflows behind these screens to life. Built at Adaptive Future Technologies. More to come. #NextJS #React #TypeScript #GovTech #SoftwareEngineering #Nigeria #OYSAA #oyostate
