Hi @ChickfilA ur app lets you +3 CFA sauces per fry, 2 per sandy, so why at pickup mgrs say something mean under breath like “no way they’re getting that many” or “30 haha no, pay for 8oz!” Today ordered 8 sandy + 3 fries got 9 sauces but rightfully ordered 30 w/ app. Explain?
No explanation. Disappointing @ChickfilA. As a Signature Member, I’m getting a little tired of being mocked by employees like this every time. When will you give us the food you allow us to order and we pay for and not ignore this disconnect?
