10 years. Thousands spent. Banned for a link YOU already admitted was a mistake.
Fixing the system isn't enough. Undo the bans it caused. @Roblox
roblox is the only platform where you get permanently banned by AI for a completely bogus reason after being a loyal, paying customer for over 10 years. my account "oxyu" was banned for being linked to some random throwaway account that I do not own and have never heard of, only after I spend thousands on exclusive items during the hunt and pre-halloween. this is disgraceful and needs to be dealt with promptly.
I've submitted what is probably over 50 appeals now, (I've lost count) and the AI responsible for handling appeals denies them without investigation. I am completely deprived of options, and I need help.

Unbanned & Group Unlocked after 2 months

Sadly, I think we already knew these items were just to make the rich richer.
This is a huge issue and will affect limiteds forever. @Twin_Atlas, the group that modeled Roblox’s new limiteds, got copies of their own items before anyone else.
The Dowager of the Federation is one example. 12 copies, around 80% of its owners are private, and majority of the owners we know appear to be the team’s UGC creators.
Two team UGC creators, Clockset and fizzysaur, bought the item. One of them modeled and uploaded the item, and both have a private inventory so they don’t have show publicly on owner lists.
A lot of the other newly released limiteds are owned by the teams UGC creators as well.
How did Roblox let this slide?

Swearing at Roblox’s Support AI seems to trigger a human review. He called it a “bitch” and his answer came hours later from a person instead of an instant auto-reply.

My account is back. My items are back. My group “Luca’s” is still locked.
It’s been locked for 2 months with a decent amount of Robux inside, and Support isn’t responding. I already lost another group to a lock 3 years ago. I don't want to lose this one too.
Has anyone gotten a locked group back? What worked?
Roblox just responded to the wave of bans. Here's what changed and what didn't (thread)
What changed:
•Some people got banned over old usernames they didn't even recognize. Roblox says that was their mistake and turned off the system causing it
•You won't get banned just for sharing Wi-Fi or living with someone who got banned
3) Coming later:
•More types of takedowns will be appealable "in the coming months." No date given
What didn't change:
•If your main account gets banned for something serious, your other accounts still get banned with it
•Roblox still won't say how it decides which accounts are yours
•Roblox says most bans it rechecked were correct, but gave no numbers
2) Also changed:
•If a word in your UGC item's name or description gets flagged, a first mistake now gets a lighter punishment than repeat mistakes
•Some games (in the Roblox Select program) now get 72 hours to fix minor rule problems before they're punished
•People who help build a game can now see its violations and appeal them, not just the owner
Banned on Roblox? Here are some tips from someone unbanned after 2 months.
• See if your alt accounts got banned too. Roblox doesn't always tell you.
• If an alt is banned, check whether it has a separate ban reason you can appeal. Getting that overturned can help get your main unterminated.
• No alts? Go to Roblox Support and appeal at least twice.
• Still banned? Mail a MIDR (Mutual Informal Dispute Resolution) notice to Roblox Legal explaining your case, with your support tickets printed and attached.
• Keep appealing in the meantime, but the MIDR is your best shot.
