The Year 2026 so far… Started with a bang but ended up being cruel. Lost access to quite few of my accounts due to hardware failure had an encryption key that just stopped working. Worked for 2 months finding a bug bounty and creating a complete dataset and exploring the network. Found out a lot of data was manipulated and was fake. Found monetary loophole in AI withdrew and sold to show economic impact as per bug bounty ( Sold on 3rd Party Partly to show impact and help other devs as last time I told them about it I got rewarded almost nothing for a very big bug ) Also found a potential Attack that would cost a lot of money in API calls. Gave them infrastructure tips. If an attack was done this way the chain would have had a lot of API bills. Gave the analysis to the Team Talked with them nicely They removed all manipulated data fixed the dashboard Stopped pumping fuel to their apps to show higher burn rate. They Changed the free tiers Only to then threaten to sue me as I didn’t disclose some data which was personal and the way they were reacting wanted to be safe. Ended up losing some of my own money major bag. Returned all the monetary money which i was gonna do anyways. As I approached them but ended up losing more than a month helping them making it better only to be threatened and then back out due to regulations in my country. Took a step back trying to recover mentally due to losses. Started researching on other chains Turns out people have been learning from this chain and implementing the good things in their chain leaving the bad things out. Still an #ICP Tech fan but Realised building on one chain isn’t enough.
