I remember watching this game at 3pm on a Thursday in the Bobbin in Aberdeen.
Had to ask the guy behind the bar to put it on.
Literally three people in the pub were even watching the game - pretty much summed up the malaise the national team were in.
Yet tomorrow we’ll see Scotland play at the World Cup for first time in 28 years with a genuine belief that we can go and do something.
A lot has changed in those seven years.
