I recently became aware of certain sites that are violating our intellectual property rights and want to address this so our position is clear to everyone. Accurate projections data is what we're known for and is at the core of what we do. We've invested a massive amount of resources into our models and simulations to get them to that point. It’s frustrating to see our work repurposed without permission as 'industry aggregates,' which undermines the effort we put in and violates intellectual property rights. We’re not keen on litigation (which is why I'm a recovering attorney), but we're fully committed to protecting our work and investment. We'll be reaching out to certain sites individually to address our concerns directly, but if anyone else thinks it is ok to take our data and repackage is as your own product, we hope this prompts a reconsideration of practices, where fair play and respect are standard.
