After its success in pancreatic cancer, daraxonrasib’s NSCLC data!
In pretreated non-G12C RAS-mutant NSCLC, ORR was 35% overall; 42% in selected 2L cohort (mPFS 8.3 mo; mOS 16 mo).
Toxicity matters: at 160–220 mg, rash 90%, diarrhea 66%, G≥3 TRAEs 25%; at 300 mg, G≥3 TRAEs 45%. (Four G5 AE / non drug related)

New from our group in @JAMADerm: Skin eruptions after lifileucel/IL-2 for advanced melanoma are common (50%), self-limited, and prognostically favorable - ~7x higher odds of radiographic response at day 42.

🤗 Thrilled to see this out in JAMA Derm - was fantastic to be part of this collaboration with the DFCI and MGB oncoderm and melanoma TIL teams! New therapies, new rashes! ♋️ 💉
In advanced #Melanoma, lifileucel-associated purpuric morbilliform eruptions were linked to higher 42-day radiographic response rates, suggesting prognostic value as a short-term efficacy marker. ja.ma/42aOhUN

The time of day for cancer immunotherapy is associated with major outcomes. Early is better. Results from a randomized trial of lung cancer, backs up the importance of our circadian rhythm and immune system

This is a major story from #ASCO25. Randomized phase 3 trial of time of day of immunotherapy infusion. Randomized to infusion before or after 3pm. Early infusion far superior: PFS 11.3 vs 5.7 HR 0.42, OS HR 0.45! Impactful, pragmatic, not costly. This should be a bigger story.
