Excellent you dump circa two hundred people on a platform in the middle of nowhere as the train needs to go back to Edinburgh. There is one member of staff that quite clearly has not been told the plan. There is no announcements the staff on the train we have been kicked off – at Peterborough, England
Don’t know what’s going on. The member of staff runs away out of the station as she is suddenly faced 200 travellers all wanting to know what they need to do to get home. This overhead wire can’t be isolated thing so where is your #eprr plan and #businesscontinuity plan – at Peterborough, England
