There is 24% unemployment in USA . We need to stop foreign work visas . End #h1-b , l1 and OPT visas @NumbersUSA
If @POTUS and @VP were serious about stopping fraud and let Aericans fair shot at white collar good paying middle class jobs which most of rdcdnt grads and most Americans are qualified for then they wohd have ended it with strike of a pen through EO. They lost middle class votes

🚨 UPDATE: Migrant slams JD Vance to his face for going to war against H1B foreign labor FRAUD AND ABUSE, and his support for ICE
Vance REFUSED to back down 🔥
AGARAM: ICE behaving like military police and you called H1B visa workers 'foreign indentured servants,' I think Americans are anything but safe! Why are you scapegoating immigrants?
VANCE: I said certain H1B visa holders are doing a job the company certifies they can't find an AMERICAN for. And their visa is their only lifeline to America. The company will sometimes literally LAY OFF an American worker. 🎯
She claims to have voted for Trump-Vance in 2024.
Honestly, if you voted for Trump-Vance, you voted to DESTROY H1B fraud and support ICE!
That was LITERALLY in the campaign platform.
Vance previously confirmed that Microsoft laid off 6,000 American workers last year, then grabbed 6,300 H-1B visas and nearly 3,000 green cards!
THOSE DAYS ARE OVER 🇺🇸

O'REILLY AUTO PARTS PROUDLY OUTSOURCING AMERICAN JOBS
O'Reilly Auto Parts, founded in Springfield, Missouri in 1957, announced on LinkedIn on August 18 that it is "building our next tech home in Bengaluru, India."
Here is the timeline.
April 2025: O'Reilly cut "less than 11%" of its IT staff. Its statement: "This was not an effort to cut the size of our team or reduce expenses."
May 2026: Remote US IT employees say they were told to move to Springfield by August 2027 or lose their jobs. An internal announcement posted by staff puts the number at about 400 and says an India office would open by Q4 2026.
August 14, 2026: O'Reilly posts a Director of HR for IT who "partners closely with leaders in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and India."
August 18, 2026: "Welcome to O'Reilly Auto Parts India."
O'Reilly does not need the savings.
Record Q2: $4.89B in sales, $715M in profit
$1.51B in stock buybacks in that one quarter
$30.4B in buybacks since 2011
The CIO who arrived in October 2023 came from Lowe's, which has run a 5,000-person tech center in Bengaluru for a decade.
100% and moreover they get converted to full time at these companies by buttering management and the same companies then layoff qualified Americans and file green cards and h1b extensions for these fraud h1b people, majority from India.
@POTUS @VP @WHFraudTF @USLaborIG
Microsoft: "We didn't fire Americans to hire Indians! We just fired 6,000 Americans and kept on every single one of our 6,000+ Indian H-1Bs."
Not a good look lmao

Absolutely insane statement of dual loyalty
Let’s be clear
You are not a representative for Microsoft workers who are on visas
You are a representative for citizens of your district only
Why should they let corporations sell their jobs to foreign countries?
If you live in Washington you should vote against Pramila this year
Statement on Trump Suspending Microsoft from the PERM Program:
This is a crucial issue for me as the top Democrat on the Immigration Subcommittee, the only member of Congress to have actually had an H-1B visa, and the Representative for tens of thousands of Microsoft workers. The administration has been consistently working to take away legal pathways for immigrants to contribute their talents to our country, and this is yet another of those attacks.
The PERM program is the first step toward an employment-based green card for countless workers who want to contribute to this country, and it lays out a clear process with steps to ensure that this is a net benefit to our economy and does not harm American jobs. Our economy, our communities, and our families depend on immigrants in many sectors, including the tech sector, and heavy-handed attacks like this only hurt efforts to build a strong, stable, and diverse base of workers who have legal pathways to come and be in the United States while also protecting U.S. workers from unscrupulous employers.
You don’t fix a broken immigration system by taking a hammer to legal immigration. Microsoft has been a leader in advocating for comprehensive immigration reforms that modernize an antiquated immigration system and provide more — not fewer — legal pathways for immigrants from all over the world to work here and be with their families. Targeting Microsoft or the PERM program in this way simply undermines legal immigration and weakens America’s ability to innovate.

Microsoft’s defense of its H-1B hiring is essentially: “Don’t worry, most of these foreign workers were already here.”
It’s irrelevant if the foreign worker was already in America. What matters is whether a qualified American worker is available to do that job TODAY.
